Whether it shows up as constant worry, panic, or an inability to quiet your mind, therapy can help you understand the root of your anxiety and develop tools to find calm and clarity again.
Trauma can reshape how you see yourself and the world. In a safe, non-judgmental environment, we work at your pace to process painful experiences and reclaim your sense of safety and self.
Grief is not a problem to be solved — it is love with nowhere to go. Therapy provides a space to honor your loss, understand your emotions, and gently find a way to carry it forward.
In our first session, we'll build a trusting relationship and explore your background to understand the challenges you're facing. We'll discuss your goals and create a personalized treatment plan.
During treatment, you can expect to gain practical skills to manage emotions, process trauma, and build resilience — leading to greater emotional clarity, reduced distress, and a more peaceful life.
I use a combination of evidence-based approaches tailored to what works best for you:
Guides you in accepting difficult thoughts and feelings while focusing on what truly matters to you.
Helps reduce the emotional intensity of past trauma, allowing you to heal faster. A specialty I'm passionate about.
Works with you to break the negative thought patterns that fuel anxiety and distress.
Healing is a journey. I show up fully present, and we move at whatever pace feels right for you.
If I am not in-network with your insurance, you may be able to get reimbursed for out-of-network therapy. I'm happy to provide a superbill and help with reimbursement — please reach out with any questions.
If you're struggling with anxiety, grief, or the aftermath of trauma, I want you to know you don't have to face it alone. I specialize in helping adults navigate these challenging experiences and create space for healing.
I believe there's hope for change — and that you can find relief. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we'll explore your challenges and work towards meaningful change at your pace.
